As a registered centre for Mountain Bike Leader Training, you are in the right hands to really develop your skills and learn new ones.  At our centre in Llangollen, you have access to some of the best Mountain bike single track routes in Britain and The Famous National Mountain Bike Down Hill Track in Llangollen.

Alternatively, if you simply want a guided route, you are going to be in the expert hands of a qualified Mountain Bike instructor. We have a selection of routes in all our operating areas, from beginner to expert, cross country to down hill riding.

  • PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES

We can provide Mountain Biking to those aged from 8 to 80. The adventure activity will be delivered at an age-appropriate level that will also take into account your level of fitness. You will need to be reasonably fit for this activity.

  • WEATHER

Mountain Biking is weather dependent. In the case of adverse weather conditions, an alternative will be offered. Where appropriate, an alternative date may be offered.

  • DURATION

Full or half day sessions are available. Sessions run 9:00am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 5:00pm. Other timings are available on request.

  • NUMBERS ON THE DAY

There is no minimum number required to run this session.

There is a maximum of 8 participants per instructor. However, we are able to run groups of up to 20, or 40 if you have your own mountain bike, helmet and gloves.

  • SPECTATORS

Due to the nature of this activity, we are unable to accommodate spectators.

  • DRESS CODE

All specialist Mountain Bike equipment is provided including bikes for groups of up to 20. You will need to bring a long sleeve top, tracksuit bottoms and waterproofs. If bringing your own bike, you must also have a suitable helmet and gloves.
