Outdoor Activities: Team Initiative Exercises
Here at Pro Active-Adventure we not only run fun team initiative exercises in the evenings, We also deliver in depth team builds where your students will learn and experience different aspects of Team Dynamics. All our staff are experienced and have specialist training so they are able to give your students the best possible experience. All team building sessions are ‘group lead’, so the session is tailored to the individuals ability.
We have a wide selection of exercises ranging from easy ice breakers to full in-depth tasks. We are able to link all learning points with all other activities we supply, the National Curriculum and real life situations. Team building sessions will improve team dynamics, increase confidence and self esteem, and is open to all ages and levels of ability.

Information & Guidelines Team Initiative Exercises
We can provide team initiative exercises to a wide range of ability and age group. The more in depth the team build needs to be the complex the tasks will be.
This adventure activity is not particularly weather dependent. In the case of sever adverse weather conditions, an alternative will be offered. Where appropriate, an alternative date may be offered.
Full or half day sessions are available. Sessions run 9:00am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 5:00pm. Other timings are available on request.
Numbers On The Day
There is a minimum number of 8 required to run this session.
There is a maximum of 10 participants per instructor. However, we are able to run groups of up to 40.
Spectators can be accommodated on this adventure activity.
All specialist equipment is provided. You will need to bring: robust outdoor clothing, sturdy footwear and water proofs.
Available all year round.
Locations include Snowdonia, The Brecon Beacons, Pembrokeshire. Overseas trips are also available: Crete.
