School Activity Trips: Gorge Walking
Gorge walking is a very exciting activity that involves scrambling up rocks, jumping into plunge pools, sliding down natural water slides and abseiling down waterfalls. We have a range of locations to suit different ability levels from those who may be a little nervous to those seeking an adrenaline fuelled challenge.
Gorge walking is a highly enjoyable activity that will bolster confidence and provide a real physical challenge. This activity is very popular with visiting school groups. There will be many situations where pupils will have to work together to overcome obstacles. Along the way, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn about the local environment, history, geography and geology. Gorge walking is available at: Conwy, Bryn Gwynant, Llanberis, Pen y Pass, Snowdon Ranger and Brecon Beacons.
