Our speciality is providing flexible residential school activity trips employing “Real Activities” in the outdoor environment that will engage and challenge pupils, to enable positive development in team work and confidence. We do not use plastic climbing walls, or extensively use low level on-site activities that could be provided by teachers on the school playing field. We offer real activities in the real outdoor environment for a real adventure experience! We pride ourselves on providing traditional outdoor education that is safe but has not removed all the excitement of challenging activities.
SUP In Wales
To enable us to operate at such a high level we employ only the most experienced of instructors. All hold at least three years post qualification experience. Most hold many more years experience. Having such experienced instructors mean that your pupils will stay with the same instructor for the duration of their stay. This enables a greater level of trust to be developed and a greater level of achievement made by your pupils. Our instructors remain with us season after season, thus delivering continuity in professional practice. When they are not working at one of our many activity delivery central locations, you will find them out on the hills, rivers and rock faces of Wales, and indeed the world doing what they love and live for. For our instructors this is not just a job it is a way of life. “You have to live the dream, to be able to share the dream!”
All our outdoor activity programmes are flexible and can be modified and changed to suit your individual needs. We are even happy to change the level of challenge once you have joined us if needs be. Should your pupils need to either step back a little or extend their challenge we will change the level of challenge of the outdoor education plan to maximize their potential, and gain the most positive sense of achievement. SUP Hire In Swansea & On Site Outdoor Activities
We now also offer SUP and Kayak hire at our subsidiary company Swansea Adventures which is based at the Lower Lliw reservoir just north of Swansea. New for this year we now offer on-site a climbing tower which is mobile so can visit your school in South Wales. Archery, Bush Craft, Orienteering, Stream Scrambling and Raft Building. This means that we can now offer a full range of activities that you may traditionally find in a residential outdoor activity centre. This means local schools in the Swansea area can easily visit for the day or a number of days through the week and experience all the fun of a residential activity centre but without the expense of accommodation, catering and long expensive bus journey’s.
